Subramanian Iyer is an experienced AI leader with over 20 years in software engineering, data science, and AI, delivering enterprise-scale AI, ML, and data transformations that have created multi-billion-dollar business impact across retail, logistics, and finance.

Subramanian has been in executive roles leading modeling, predictive analytics and AI teams that integrate science, engineering, and product. He has defined data science and AI strategy and implementation at QXO (construction distribution), Albertsons (grocery), Target (retail), First Republic Bank (now part of Chase, private banking and wealth management) and Goldman Sachs (investment banking) managing teams that have built data and AI products embedded in operations, forecasting, and customer strategies. He has 8 patents and over 20 conference publications from his early career as a hands on technologist in Google (ads order management), Synopsys (chip design verification), Fujitsu (R&D) and Lucent Bell Labs (telecom).

Subramanian brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and strategic business acumen — scaling cross-functional teams, launching enterprise AI platforms, and embedding AI into core business processes. His work spans Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, and applied data science, always with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Subramanian received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UT Austin, B Tech from IIT Bombay, and General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
